The Quality Management/Emergency Preparedness Registered Nurse will implement and be responsible for carrying out a daily review program of medical charts against pre-determined criteria of evaluation for adherence to established Quality Indicator Project and Value Based Purchasing standards in accordance with State and Federal regulations. WIll also be the lead role with Emergency Preparedness Planning and Implementation. The position will cover three (3) days/week Quality Management and two (2) days/week Emergency Preparedness.
Valid NYS RN license required. Three (3) years RN acute care experience required. One (1) year Quality Assurance experience preferred. Previous experience in Emergency Preparedness preferred. Demonstrate effective written and verbal communications skills required.
$80,000 – $95,000 annually. Annual salary is commensurate with experience.
