Objectives:
The Nurse Residency Program (NRP) is designed to facilitate the transition of new nurses from graduates to professionals. Through evidence-based practices, the program emphasizes the enhancement of decision-making skills in high-pressure situations and clinical leadership development, while aiming to incorporate nurse education into real-life practices.
Our Residency Program strives to nurture the skills and confidence required for a seamless transition into clinical roles and a professional environment.
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited RN program & have less than one year experience practicing as an RN. Licensure required upon start.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $35.27 – $47.73, depending on experience.
- Full-time opportunities, day or night shift in various units/departments within the hospital including Med Surg, Emergency, and Critical Care, among others.
