Finger Lakes Center for Living
Affiliated with Auburn Community Hospital, Finger Lakes Center for Living is designed to provide high-quality comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and long-term residential care in a compassionate and caring manner. We offer a skilled nursing facility with 80 private and semi-private rooms for adults. Respite care is also available to help families cope with the day-to-day care of loved ones.
Our Team
Our team of experienced professionals develops individual programs of care for each resident. Social workers provide an essential resource in helping families address the rehabilitative and long-term care needs with accuracy and thoroughness to help assure quality services.
All medical specialties and patient/resident needs are addressed with a very high degree of professionalism, expertise and quality. Our team is focused on helping adults grow in spirit, live with a sense of fulfillment and dignity and meet the challenges of their changing lives.
Our Facilities
Resident rooms are large, bright and designer-coordinated, featuring drapes and quality wood furnishing in a traditional style. All rooms are equipped for private telephones and cable television, and include a private, large bathroom.

Our Technology
The Finger Lakes Center for Living utilizes the latest in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Management for all documentation, record keeping, billing and statistics. Additionally, the facility has access to Auburn Community Hospital’s Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for rapid access to radiology and laboratory reports.
Hours of Operation
The Finger Lakes Center for Living is open for appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Resident visiting hours are daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
