Our Wound Care Department provides specialized services to meet the needs of patients with chronic and complex wounds that require expert attention. Our team delivers comprehensive wound evaluation and treatment across both inpatient and outpatient care environments, addressing wounds that are often resistant to conventional treatment.
Poorly managed wounds can lead to serious complications, including infection, hospitalization, or impaired quality of life. Our multidisciplinary approach focuses on evidence-based wound management, early intervention, and personalized treatment plans that promote healing and improve long-term outcomes.
Our Services
Wound care services are available by appointment only; referrals from a provider are preferred to ensure appropriate and timely care.
We provide care for both acute and chronic wounds, including:
- Venous stasis ulcers
- Diabetic ulcers
- Pressure injuries
- 1st and 2nd degree burns
- Cellulitis
- Minor traumatic wounds
- Difficult or slow to heal surgical wounds
Wound care is available for outpatients who require medical intervention beyond the scope of home care, as well as inpatients and nursing home residents who benefit from on-site consultation and management.
Our Team
The Wound Care team provides expert assessment, treatment, and prevention of wounds while working collaboratively with referring providers, surgeons, nursing, rehabilitation, and other departments to ensure timely and coordinated care from hospital stay through recovery. We are committed to helping patients heal safely, reduce complications, and improve quality of life through evidence-based wound care.
