Dr Paul, originally from Queens, NY, has resided in the Upstate New York area for over 15 years. She graduated from University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr Paul specializes in comprehensive health care in women of all ages. As a general obstetrician and gynecologist, her goal is to provide quality and compassionate care as well as empower women to take an active role in their healthcare.
