• Educational resources that are available in the community to help individuals understand stroke prevention, rehabilitation, recovery and overall wellness.
• Expertise from rehabilitation professionals at Auburn Community Hospital dedicated to helping individuals overcome common challenges following a stroke.

Jeannette has been an Occupational Therapist for 25 years and a member of ACH’s team for 14 years.
