- A place for stroke survivors and their caregivers to share their experiences and support each other in a welcoming and confidential environment which brings hope and builds positive relationships.
- Educational resources that are available in the community to help individuals understand stroke prevention, rehabilitation, recovery and overall wellness.
- Expertise from rehabilitation professionals at Auburn Community Hospital dedicated to helping individuals overcome common challenges following a stroke.
Meetings are facilitated by Jeannette DeChick, OTR/L, BCG Occupational Therapist
Jeannette has been an Occupational Therapist for 22 years and a member of ACH’s team for 11 years.
