Biography

John Bagenski is a New York State Licensed Medical Technologist with almost 40 years of experience in the clinical laboratory. He joined Auburn Community Hospital in 2009 and has taken on the roles of Technical Director of the Laboratory, Corporate Compliance Officer, and Senior Vice President of Administration. Besides being responsible for the daily operations of the Laboratory, he is responsible for several departments in the Hospital. He is actively involved in Goal Status, Performance Improvement, Cost Reduction/Contribution Margin, and Strategic Planning. Mr. Bagenski holds several degrees from Penn State and SUNY Upstate Medical including graduate studies (PhD) in Microbiology/Parasitology.
