DESCRIPTION:Join Auburn Community Hospital for National Lung Cancer Screening Day\, a community event focused on early detection and prevention. Eligible patients can receive a low-dose CT lung screening and speak with our team from CT Technologists\, our Lung Cancer Nurse Navigator\, and a Certified Smoking Cessation Provider. \n\nPatient Pre-Authorization Required\nPatients must have a provider’s order and pre-authorization to participate in this screening event. \nDownload CT Lung Cancer Screening Program Form \n  \nWhat to Expect on Screening Day \n\n\n\nCheck-In: Arrive at Central Registration for initial check-in.\nWayfinding: Staff in the lobby will direct you to Elevator E for the Lower Level Radiology Waiting Room.\nRadiology Check-In & Form Review: Check in at Lower Level Radiology.
