Auburn Community Hospital (ACH) is searching for compassionate members of the community who have the right skills to be a Per Diem Social Worker in our Care Transitions Department. This individual will work per diem hours in order to accommodate the on-call schedule in the Emergency Department.
Bachelors or Masters level social workers with interest in working evening and weekends as on-call social work staff.
