The candidate must have excellent written and oral skills. Previous customer service experience roles. 2 years of clerical/secretarial experience — preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Publisher. Must be able to develop and maintain spreadsheets as requested. Proficient in typing.
