Job Description:

Auburn Community Hospital is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Revenue Optimization Department’s team! This clerical professional will be responsible for a variety of support duties for the Department. He/She will be trained on data entry based operational functions in various software programs used by our staff managing billing denials. The Assistant will take minutes for Department related meetings. This position frequently updates reports, extracts data, and manages various reporting dashboards for the Team.

The applicant must possess a minimum of two (2) years clerical experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting. Must possess demonstrated Excel, PowerPoint and spreadsheet management capabilities. Must possess proficient typing skills. Demonstrated written and oral communication and organization skills required. Associates degree in related field preferred.
