DESCRIPTION:Join Auburn Community Hospital for National Lung Cancer Screening Day\, a community event focused on early detection and prevention. Eligible patients can receive a low-dose CT lung screening and speak with our team from CT Technologists\, our Lung Cancer Nurse Navigator\, and a Certified Smoking Cessation Provider. \n\nPatients Must Meet The Following Criteria: \n\nAge: 50-80\nCurrent Smoker: 20+ pack year smoking history\nEx: 1 pack per day x 20 years = 20 pack years\nOR ½ pack per day x 40 years = 20 pack years \nFormer Smoker: Must have quit within the last 15 years\n(2011 would be the cut off for this year) \nPatients must have a referral from their primary care physician to participate. \nDownload CT Lung Cancer Screening Program Form \nWhat to Expect on Screening Day
