Go Red for Women
Posted on: 02/23/2017
ACH participated in the American Heart Association’s (AHA) Go Red for Women / National Wear Red Day movement. Per the AHA, every 80 seconds, a woman dies of heart disease or stroke. The purpose of this movement is to wear red to raise awareness and help save women’s lives.
We are pleased to announce that ACH employees graciously contributed a total of $321.00 for this important initiative – and many employees dressed in red to show their support! To encourage participation, there were two fun contests. The Best Dressed in Red contest winners are the VA Clinic employees. The Raffle Prize winner of a $15.00 Curley’s gift certificate is Colleen McLaughlin.
We look forward to your generous support next year!
