ACH Receives Gold Plus Achievement Award 2016

“On August 9th of this year, Auburn Community Hospital (ACH) received the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Stroke Association’s (ASA) highest level of award, the Gold Plus Achievement Award, for the diagnosis, care and treatment of its stroke patients. Presenting the award to the ACH team was Franklin Fry, AHA Regional Executive Director of the Greater Syracuse Division and Roseanne Hemmit, AHA Director of Quality Improvement. In receiving the 2014 Bronze award, the 2015 Silver Plus Award and now, the 2016 Gold Plus Achievement award, the high quality care of our stroke patients is being nationally recognized. Scott Berlucchi, ACH President and CEO thanked the entire ACH Stroke team for their coordinated and continued efforts to improve a stroke patient’s quality of life.”
