Dr. Graney was raised in Auburn, graduating from Auburn High School in 1986. He received his Bachelor?s degree at Colgate University. He then went to medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He stayed in Rochester to complete his combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency program, and stayed for an additional year as chief resident. He then moved back to Auburn with his family, opening a new primary care practice. Dr. Graney lives in Auburn.
